New Delhi, June 1: The National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Nitin Naveen, announced two significant appointments on Monday. Arun Singh, the National Secretary and in charge of the BJP headquarters, issued a letter detailing these organizational changes.
Nagendra Nath Tripathi, previously the organizational minister of Bihar BJP, has been appointed as the National Organizer (Senior Worker Contact) for the BJP, based in Delhi. Meanwhile, Ajay Kumar has been designated as the State General Secretary (Organization) for the Rajasthan BJP. Both appointments take effect immediately.
According to party sources, the primary aim of these roles is to enhance communication and coordination with senior workers and integrate organizational experiences into party activities. The BJP has consistently prioritized organizational expansion and strong connections with its workers. Hence, these appointments are considered crucial from an organizational perspective. The order clarifies that Nagendra Nath Tripathi’s appointment is effective immediately, and notifications have been sent to all national office bearers, state in-charges, and state presidents.
Leaders from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, including Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, congratulated Tripathi and Kumar on their new roles.
Samrat Chaudhary expressed on social media, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Nagendra Nath Tripathi on his appointment as the National Organizer (Senior Worker Contact) by BJP President Nitin Naveen. Your extensive organizational experience and dedication will bring new energy and strength to the organization. Wishing you a successful tenure.”
Bihar BJP President Sanjay Sarawagi also congratulated Tripathi, stating, “Congratulations on your important responsibility as the National Organizer (Senior Worker Contact). I am confident that your organizational experience and dedication will lead the party to new heights. Wishing you good health and a bright tenure.”
The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh shared, “Congratulations to Nagendra Nath Tripathi on his appointment as the National Organizer (Senior Worker Contact) by the central leadership. I am sure your vast organizational experience and dedication will strengthen the party’s ideology and provide new energy and direction.”
Uttar Pradesh Minister Swatantra Dev Singh added, “Best wishes to Nagendra Nath Tripathi on his appointment as National Organizer (Senior Worker Contact). Your long-term organizational experience and commitment to the party will undoubtedly elevate this important responsibility.”
Rajasthan’s Chief Minister congratulated Ajay Kumar, stating, “Heartfelt congratulations on your appointment as State General Secretary (Organization) for the BJP in Rajasthan! Your extensive organizational experience and dedicated leadership will empower the state organization and energize the party’s ideology and commitment to public service. Wishing you a successful and glorious tenure.”
