The camp, organized by the district administration of Imphal West, took place at the Chingamathak Young Learners Club, Hao Ground, Chingamathak (Pishum Lampak), Imphal.
Officials reported that this program is being conducted nationwide to ensure that welfare and beneficiary-centric schemes from both the central and state governments effectively reach eligible citizens.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the camp aims to deliver various government welfare schemes and services directly to the homes of the state’s residents.
He mentioned ongoing railway projects in Manipur, noting that the railway line has already reached Khongsang and is expected to extend to Imphal within the next two years.
Plans are also in place to expand the rail network to Moreh on the India-Myanmar border, significantly enhancing connectivity and economic opportunities in the region.
