Lucknow, June 2: In a significant development in the murder case of real estate businessman Sandeep Singh, police have intensified their efforts by seizing four luxury vehicles belonging to the main conspirator, property dealer Dinesh Kumar Yadav. Authorities claim these vehicles were used to plot the murder, meet with shooters, and conduct reconnaissance before the crime.
According to the media cell of the Police Commissioner’s office, the PGI police confiscated the luxury cars linked to Yadav on Monday. The seized vehicles include a Fortuner, Mercedes, Renault, and Tata Safari. Investigations revealed that these cars were instrumental in various activities related to executing the murder plan.
Notably, on Sunday, a joint team from the PGI police and the Special Task Force (STF) unveiled this shocking murder case. During the operation, police arrested the main conspirator, Dinesh Kumar Yadav, along with his driver, Mukarrabin alias Mubeen. Based on inputs and evidence gathered during interrogations, police proceeded to seize the luxury vehicles associated with the accused.
Police officials indicated that the murder plot was meticulously planned. The suspects conducted multiple reconnaissance missions in the area and used these vehicles for meetings with shooters. This is why these cars are considered crucial evidence in the ongoing investigation.
The search for two shooters and an accomplice involved in the case is still underway. Multiple police teams are actively raiding potential hideouts. Operations are being conducted in several districts, including Ambedkarnagar and Jaunpur, to locate the suspects. Officials state that investigations are ongoing at both technical and human levels to apprehend the fugitives soon.
