Patna, June 15: The Patna Civil Court has granted bail to Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, in a coaching dispute case. His lawyer, Niranjan Kumar Singh, stated that the allegations were unfounded and that Anand was ensnared through a scripted narrative. Singh emphasized that while Khan Sir is a prominent figure, the facts in this case have been misrepresented, leading to unnecessary controversy.
Singh noted that upon reviewing the case, it became evident that there were significant legal discrepancies. He pointed out that two separate cases and charges were applied based on the same incident and reason, which is not legally permissible.
The lawyer expressed concerns that during the preliminary investigation and analysis of the facts, it was clear that the actual circumstances did not align with the details recorded in the police report. He added that the information derived from electronic evidence and media reports often appeared to diverge from the real situation. According to him, several points emerged from the digital evidence and recorded materials, which he presented robustly in court.
“I hold Khan Sir in high regard, but when the actual facts came to light, the court also made certain observations. According to the law, innocent individuals will receive justice, and the guilty will be punished,” Singh stated.
He remarked, “Khan Sir is a significant artist who has misled the innocent Roshan Anand through a scripted story. This case has also been misrepresented on social media, affecting public perception.”
Singh also mentioned that they are filing a bail petition for Gaurav Abhishek and hope he will receive relief from the magistrate court, as strong charges against him are lacking.
Niranjan asserted that multiple cases were created for the same incident, which is legally incorrect. They are formally objecting to this and will approach the High Court if necessary. If required, they will also demand a CBI investigation to uncover the truth. Their aim is to ensure that the truth is revealed and a fair investigation is conducted.
He concluded by stating that the implications of this case extend beyond a single individual; it has affected students, parents, and the educational system. Therefore, they will also seek damages. Their clear stance is that justice will prevail for the innocent, and those guilty will face legal consequences.
