Leaders Express Condolences Over Lucknow Fire Tragedy

New Delhi, June 22: President Droupadi Murmu expressed her sorrow on Monday regarding the devastating fire incident in Lucknow, wishing for the swift recovery of the injured. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi also conveyed their condolences over the tragic event.

In a post on the social media platform X, President Murmu stated, “The news of the tragic fire incident in Lucknow, which resulted in numerous fatalities, is extremely saddening. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the grieving families and wish for the quick recovery of the injured.”

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi shared on X, “The reports of deaths and injuries from the fire at the coaching center in Lucknow are deeply distressing. I express my sincere condolences to all the bereaved families and hope for the speedy recovery of the injured.”

Mallikarjun Kharge, the Congress President, wrote on X, “The tragic incident at the coaching center in Lucknow, which claimed many lives, is profoundly painful and heartbreaking. My deepest sympathies are with the affected families. The Congress party stands with all grieving families and the injured. I pay tribute to the departed souls and wish for the swift and complete recovery of the injured. I urge the government and administration to provide timely compensation and relief to the victims.”

BSP leader Mayawati expressed her sorrow on X, stating, “The fire incident at a coaching center in Lucknow this afternoon, which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries, is extremely tragic. Such life-threatening incidents are heart-wrenching and shatter the hopes of many families. We all need to work together to prevent such tragic events. Mere blame games will not suffice.”

SP leader Akhilesh Yadav also shared his condolences on X, writing, “We pay tribute to those who lost their lives in the fire at the coaching center in Lucknow. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to the grieving families. The government must ensure the best medical care for the injured. This is a very tragic incident. An honest investigation into the causes is necessary; these children could belong to anyone’s family. We must all strive to prevent such painful incidents in the future.”

Haryana Chief Minister Naib Saini expressed his grief on X, stating, “The news of loss of life in the fire incident in Lucknow is extremely saddening and distressing. I pay my heartfelt tribute to all those who lost their lives in this heartbreaking accident. May God grant the departed souls a place at His feet and provide strength to the grieving families to endure this unbearable sorrow, and I wish for the swift recovery of the injured.”

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami wrote on X, “The news of casualties in the unfortunate fire incident in Lucknow is extremely distressing. I pray to God to grant a place to the departed souls and provide strength to the grieving families to endure this sorrow. I wish for the health recovery of the injured.”

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma commented that the loss of life due to the fire in Aliganj, Lucknow, is heartbreaking. “My condolences are with the grieving families. May God grant the departed souls a place at His feet and provide strength to the grieving families to endure this immense sorrow. I wish for the swift recovery of the injured.”

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai stated, “The news of loss of life in the fire incident in Lucknow is extremely sad and heartbreaking. My deepest sympathies are with all the grieving families who lost their loved ones in this tragic event.
