Jharkhands Chief Minister Hemant Soren Enjoys Nature at Jonha Falls

Ranchi, June 28: Jharkhand’s Chief Minister Hemant Soren was seen enjoying the monsoon weather in a unique way on Sunday. He personally drove to the famous tourist destination, Jonha Falls, located about 50 kilometers from the capital, Ranchi. Accompanying him was his wife, MLA Kalpana Soren from Gande.

During the journey, he shared videos and photos of himself driving and humming along on social media, which quickly went viral. Upon reaching Jonha Falls, the Chief Minister spent some time in the natural surroundings, tasting local fruits and engaging with the people present.

Sharing his experience, he wrote on social media, “Today, I had the opportunity to spend a few moments in the lush valleys of Jonha Falls, not far from Ranchi. I enjoyed the fruits there and interacted with the locals.”

He further expressed that the flowing clear waters, the greenery of dense forests, and the serene beauty of the mountains constantly remind us that Jharkhand is a unique gift of nature. It is our shared heritage, and it is our collective responsibility to preserve and protect it.

He noted that wherever one goes in Jharkhand, nature welcomes you in its various hues, and all tourists are welcomed in the state.

From Jonha Falls, the Chief Minister also shared a reel featuring the regional song “Hamar Sona Jharkhand, Hamar Heera Jharkhand” in the background. In the video, he smiles and asks people, “How does it feel… these forests… these valleys… this is our Jharkhand!” Along with the reel, he wrote, “Here, the forests are life, the waterfalls are music, and Jharkhand, nestled in the lap of greenery, is unique.” This is not the first time Hemant Soren has showcased this side of himself. He has previously driven to various locations, often interacting with locals along the way.
