Kolkata, June 6: During his visit to Kolkata, Union Rail Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inspected metro services by traveling from Jai Hind Station to Noapara Station. He interacted with passengers to understand their travel experiences and gather feedback on the quality of metro services.

Throughout the journey, the minister sought to gauge passenger satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Many travelers shared their experiences, to which the minister attentively responded and noted relevant suggestions.
