Gandhinagar, July 21: Gujarat’s Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi met with the state’s emerging champions and talented athletes on Tuesday. During the meeting, Sanghvi addressed questions related to the players’ sports careers, personal lives, and professional challenges, describing their experiences as inspirational.
Sanghvi shared photos from the meeting on the social media platform ‘X’, highlighting the momentum and confidence with which India is advancing in sports under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He noted that this progress is clearly reflected in the faces of the athletes.
He wrote, “Today (Tuesday) I had the opportunity to engage with Gujarat’s rising champions and talented athletes in Gandhinagar. The confidence that India is gaining in the field of sports under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi is evident on every athlete’s face. Under Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s guidance, Gujarat is consistently producing national and international champions. Meeting and openly discussing with such athletes was an extremely inspiring experience.”
Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghvi emphasized that this dialogue allowed athletes to learn from each other’s experiences while also giving him a chance to understand their thoughts and struggles.
