Bengaluru, March 25: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has announced a significant recruitment drive at its UR Rao Satellite Centre (URSC). The organization is seeking to fill four positions, including Scientist/Engineer and Medical Officer roles.
The online application process commenced on March 23 and will remain open until April 12. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to visit the official website to submit their registration forms before the deadline.
The available positions include two for Scientist/Engineer – ‘SC’, one for Scientist/Engineer – ‘SD’, and one for Medical Officer – ‘SC’.
Candidates applying for these roles must possess a BE/BTech or equivalent degree in Industrial Production, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Engineering, or related fields from a recognized institution. Additionally, a PhD or an MBBS degree from an NMC-recognized institution is required for the Medical Officer position.
The maximum age limit for candidates varies between 28 to 35 years, calculated as of April 12. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.
Selection will be based on a written examination, screening, interviews, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500, along with additional benefits and allowances.
All candidates must pay an application fee of ₹750 online during the application process. Please note that the application will only be accepted after the registration fee is paid.
