Gangster Kala Jathedi Granted Custody Parole for Twin Daughters Religious Ceremony

Sonipat, September 16 (Daily Kiran) : A Delhi court has granted gangster Sandeep, known as Kala Jathedi, a seven-hour custody parole on humanitarian grounds. The order allows him to leave prison on September 20, from 10 AM to 5 PM, to attend religious ceremonies in his village Jathedi, located in Haryana’s Sonipat district, following the birth of his twin daughters.

The court’s decision comes as Jathedi’s daughters were born through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Currently incarcerated in Delhi’s Central Jail, Jathedi is expected to be escorted by police during this period. The court has instructed both Delhi and Haryana police to ensure adequate security and necessary arrangements.

Previously, on June 30, the Rohini Court had also granted him a four-hour custody parole to meet his wife, Anuradha Chaudhary, and their newborn twins. This earlier relief was contingent upon verification of the children’s birth and medical records.

Anuradha delivered the twins via cesarean section due to complications during childbirth. Jathedi and Anuradha were married on March 12, 2024, with the court allowing him to attend the wedding under similar conditions, which included extensive police presence for security.

Kala Jathedi, a resident of Jathedi village, faces over 30 serious criminal charges across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan, including murder, extortion, and land grabbing. His upcoming parole will allow him to participate in the significant religious events surrounding the birth of his daughters.
