Final Voter List Published in Gautam Buddh Nagar with Over 1.5 Million Registered Voters

Noida, April 10: The final voter list for the assembly constituencies in Gautam Buddh Nagar has been published as part of the special intensive revision program for 2026, directed by the Election Commission of India. A significant meeting was held on Friday at the Collectorate auditorium, chaired by the District Election Officer, with representatives from all recognized political parties. The purpose of this meeting was to provide the finalized electoral roll to the political parties.

The District Election Officer formally handed over the list prepared under the guidelines of the Election Commission and the provisions of the Election Registration Rules, 1960, to the representatives of all parties. Officials indicated that this process aims to make the voter list transparent and error-free.

The Additional District Election Officer/Deputy District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) informed that the final voter list has been published. Citizens can review this list at their respective polling stations for the next week. If any errors or corrections are needed, they can be addressed through the established procedures. A total of 1,505,082 voters are registered in Gautam Buddh Nagar, including 823,304 men, 681,728 women, and 50 transgender voters.

Looking at the constituency-wise data, the 61-Noida constituency has a total of 587,195 voters, comprising 324,477 men, 262,708 women, and 10 transgender voters. In the 62-Dadri constituency, there are 605,204 registered voters, including 328,244 men, 276,926 women, and 34 transgender voters. The 63-Jewar assembly constituency has a total of 312,683 voters, with 170,583 men, 142,094 women, and 6 transgender voters.

Regarding polling stations, a total of 743 polling centers have been established in the district. This includes 233 in 61-Noida, 303 in 62-Dadri, and 207 in 63-Jewar. Additionally, there are 2,024 polling places, with 811 in Noida, 794 in Dadri, and 419 in Jewar. Representatives from various political parties participated in the meeting and discussed various aspects of the electoral process.

The administration appealed for cooperation from all parties, assuring them of fair and peaceful elections. The district administration clarified that the final publication of the voter list is a crucial step in the democratic process and will expedite preparations for the upcoming elections.
