SIDBI is seeking applications for a total of eight positions, which include Associate Manager – Finance and Accounting, Office Manager, Associate Manager – E-Mobility, Associate Manager – Renewable Energy, Associate Manager – Procurement, Associate Manager – Monitoring and Evaluation, Associate Manager – Environmental and Social Safety, and Associate Manager – Climate, with one vacancy for each role.
The online application process for these positions commenced on April 1 and will remain open until April 30. Interested and eligible candidates are advised to submit their registration forms within this timeframe.
Applicants must hold a relevant graduation degree from a recognized institution or university, such as B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, Chemical, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Energy, Transportation Engineering, Mechatronics, Power, Renewable Energy, Climate Change Energy Management, Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or an M.Com/MBA (Finance), or a postgraduate degree in Economics, CA, ICWA, or ICMI. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
The maximum age limit for candidates is set between 35 to 40 years, calculated as of March 31. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be conducted through a personal interview and document verification, without a written examination. Selected candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹150,000 to ₹250,000, depending on the position.
