New Delhi, August 7: A fantastic opportunity has emerged for youth aspiring to work at the Defense Innovation Organization (DIO). The DIO has announced vacancies for personal advisors in the Project Management Team through an official notification on its website.
The available positions include 2 Program Directors (PD), 1 Deputy Program Director (DPD), 2 Program Executives (PE), and 1 Deputy Program Executive (DPE).
The online application process for these positions has commenced, with the deadline set for August 10. Interested candidates can successfully complete their registration on the DIO’s official website by 5 PM on the deadline date.
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Science, Management, or Technology from a recognized institution, along with 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience relevant to the position. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields must have 1 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, depending on the role.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 54 years for Program Directors, 39 years for Deputy Program Directors, 29 years for Program Executives, and 25 years for Deputy Program Executives. This age is calculated based on the application deadline, with age relaxation applicable for candidates from reserved categories.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a skill test, personal interview, group discussion, debate, and/or quiz. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹2,40,000, depending on the position.
Candidates should note that the initial appointment will be for a period of three years, which may be extended by up to two additional years based on the DIO’s needs and satisfactory performance.
