After a long hiatus, Dhoni took to social media to celebrate the team’s historic win. He posted on Instagram, “History was made in Ahmedabad. Congratulations to the team, support staff, and all Indian cricket fans around the world. It was a joy to see you all play.”

He added a special note for Gambhir, stating, “Coach, your smile is wonderful. The combination of enthusiasm and a smile is fantastic.”

Following Bumrah’s outstanding performance in the final, Dhoni remarked, “It’s better if I don’t say much about Bumrah, champion bowler.”
