Delhis Budget Prioritizes Infrastructure Under PM Modis 4S Guidance: CM Rekha Gupta

New Delhi, March 30: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has announced that the city’s budget emphasizes a renewed focus on infrastructure. She stated that this budget aligns with Prime Minister Modi’s 4S framework: Scope, Scale, Speed, and Skill.

In a post on the social media platform X, CM Gupta highlighted that under Modi’s guidance, the budget prioritizes infrastructure development. She mentioned that new roads, improved resurfacing, and accelerated development in unauthorized colonies, slums, and villages will ensure both speed and quality across all sectors.

The initiatives include flyovers, underpasses, bicycle tracks, parking facilities, new fire stations, quick response vehicles, and modern security systems, all aimed at enhancing Delhi’s capabilities.

CM Rekha Gupta emphasized that this budget is not just about construction; it lays a strong foundation for a systematic, modern, and developed Delhi.

Earlier, CM Gupta participated in the Cheti Chand festival organized by the Sindhi Royal Club at Punjabi Bagh Stadium. During the event, she described Cheti Chand as a symbol of faith, identity, and cultural continuity.

Sharing photos from the event on X, she noted that Cheti Chand is more than just a festival; it represents the unity, struggle, and remarkable journey of the Sindhi community. Celebrated as the birth anniversary of Lord Jhulelal, this sacred day commemorates the community’s resilience and reconstruction efforts.

She acknowledged the Sindhi community’s contribution to Delhi’s diversity, highlighting their rich heritage, entrepreneurship, and spirit of service as a constant source of inspiration. Gupta extended her heartfelt congratulations to all members of the Sindhi Royal Club for this grand event.

Prominent figures from the Sindhi community, including Punjabi Bagh Cheti Chand Festival President Manohar Balwani, former President Suresh Khatri, Vinod Nenwani, Lakmichand Makrani, Sushil, and GP Madanani, were also present at the celebration.
