Collective Efforts Essential for Indias Development: Rajasthan Minister

Jaipur, July 11: Rajasthan’s Home State Minister Jawahar Singh Bedham emphasized on Saturday the need for collective efforts from the government, industry, and the public to realize the vision of a developed India and Rajasthan. He urged every individual to define their role in the nation’s progress.

Speaking at the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ initiative, he noted that India is no longer solely dependent on foreign technology in fields like artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics. The country is now developing its own technologies that will guide the world.

Bedham highlighted that Prime Minister Modi has committed to transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, and the Rajasthan government is working swiftly towards this goal.

He mentioned that Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has initiated work on the ‘Developed Rajasthan’ vision and stressed that every member of society must determine their role to achieve the objectives of a developed India and Rajasthan.

He stated, “The goal of development can only be achieved through the collective efforts of the government, industry, and the general public.”

Earlier, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects worth approximately ₹880 crore in Ajmer district’s Kekri. He noted that the state’s ‘double-engine government’ is accelerating infrastructure development across Rajasthan and improving public amenities.

Addressing a public gathering, Sharma mentioned that the state government has prepared a roadmap for critical sectors such as water, electricity, roads, education, health, and employment, with visible results on the ground.

He added that the Prime Minister’s vision of a ‘Developed India’ focuses on creating world-class infrastructure and enhancing the lives of ordinary citizens. Rajasthan is rapidly advancing towards this goal through continuous investments in roads, railways, airports, water projects, and social welfare initiatives.
