
Beijing, March 3: According to the China State Railway Group, as of March 2, the national rail system has provided transportation services for a total of 407 million passengers during the Spring Festival travel period. Throughout this time, rail operations have remained safe, stable, and efficient.
On March 3 alone, it is expected that 10.7 million passengers will travel. To accommodate the increasing demand, plans have been made to operate 743 additional passenger trains, ensuring that travel remains organized and convenient even during peak times.
In celebration of the Lantern Festival, railway departments across the country have made special arrangements for passenger transport. Various cultural programs have been organized at major stations and on trains, allowing travelers to enjoy both a safe journey and the festive atmosphere.
