New Delhi, August 3: BJP’s national spokesperson, RP Singh, has launched a scathing critique against the Congress party. He emphasized that the opposition is beginning to realize that elections cannot be won in this country without addressing Hindu concerns. Regarding student protests in Jharkhand, he stated that the opposition and the CPI(M) only engage in student movements in select states.
In a conversation addressing Congress leader Pramod Tiwari’s remarks, Singh countered claims that his party lacks faith in temples, asserting that they even question the existence of Lord Ram. He noted that opposition parties are now acknowledging the necessity of addressing Hindu issues to secure electoral victories, leading them to express concerns over Sanatan values.
On the topic of paper leaks in Jharkhand, Singh remarked that students are protesting over leaks in SSC and Public Service Commission exams. However, he criticized the “Cockroach Public Party” and opposition leaders for not voicing their support. This selective response indicates their lack of genuine concern. He pointed out that when paper leaks occurred in Karnataka, Telangana, Punjab, and Jharkhand, the opposition and CPI(M) were absent, yet they united for protests in Delhi.
Singh praised Prime Minister Modi for forgiving protesting students at Jantar Mantar, highlighting the crucial role of youth in nation-building. He noted that PM Modi understands this well. Recently, a youth startup named Skyroot successfully launched a rocket, marking a historic first for a private entity in this field. Young startups are significantly contributing to the nation’s progress.
In light of the recent terrorist attack in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah suggested that such incidents occur whenever there is a demand for full statehood. Singh responded by reminding Abdullah of his own administration’s history of prolonged state shutdowns and terrorist activities. He acknowledged a reduction in terrorist attacks over the past five years but condemned the recent incident, urging that politics should not be played in its aftermath.
