BJP Legislator Criticizes Rahul Gandhis Approach to Student Welfare

Mumbai, September 20 (Daily Kiran) : Maharashtra BJP legislator Ram Kadam has taken aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his recent remarks at an event in Indore. Kadam accused Gandhi of using students as pawns in his political agenda, suggesting that instead of engaging in entertainment through mimicry, he should focus on discussing policies that uplift students.

In an interview, Kadam emphasized, “While mimicry may entertain, we must prioritize discussions on policy, hard work, and opportunities if we truly want to advance the country and support students.” He expressed concern that Gandhi is misleading students and youth, referencing Gandhi’s past comments during the Lok Sabha elections that allegedly created confusion about the Constitution.

Kadam stated, “Gandhi’s approach is to place a metaphorical gun on the shoulders of students while pursuing his petty politics.” He urged Gandhi to engage directly with students and discuss their upliftment.

The BJP legislator also pointed out that Gandhi is not accepted as a leader within his own party, noting that the Congress has faced significant defeats under his leadership in recent elections. He remarked, “Using platforms for mimicry may provide entertainment, but it does not serve the nation.”

Kadam further asserted that citizens from all walks of life, including students, youth, the elderly, and farmers, recognize that the country’s progress is secure under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.

In a separate matter, Kadam responded to comments made about Prime Minister Modi’s late mother, stating, “While political ideologies may differ, using disrespectful language about someone’s mother shows a lack of integrity. The youth of India will never forgive those who speak ill of her.”

Regarding the Disha Salian case, Kadam mentioned that Salian’s father has issued a defamation notice to Aditya Thackeray, raising questions about the political implications of the situation. He suggested that the threats made against Salian’s lawyer could indicate deeper issues within the political landscape, questioning Aditya Thackeray’s involvement.

Kadam concluded that if the details are pieced together, it becomes evident that the previous Uddhav Thackeray government may have been trying to shield a prominent leader during that time.
