Mumbai, May 24: Anand Dubey, a leader of the Shiv Sena (UBT), has accused the Cockroach People’s Party of engaging in politics that spreads confusion among the public. He stated that certain individuals are attempting to mislead the public without any substantial outcome.
In a conversation, Dubey remarked, “Some people are labeling the Cockroach People’s Party as a Congress affiliate, while others are linking it to the Aam Aadmi Party. Who exactly is behind this party, and what is its purpose? Such politics only serves to create confusion.”
Dubey also raised questions regarding Harbhajan Singh, a Rajya Sabha MP and former cricketer. He pointed out that Singh has neither been a long-standing member of any political party nor has he played an active role within a party organization. He urged the Aam Aadmi Party to clarify the basis on which Singh was nominated to the Rajya Sabha amidst allegations concerning the allocation of seats.
On the issue of the cancellation of registrations for over 31,000 properties by the Waqf Board, Dubey emphasized that the Waqf Board operates under its own laws and regulations. He noted that this is a complex matter and it is essential to understand the reasons behind the cancellations.
In Uttar Pradesh, significant action has been taken regarding Waqf properties. Registrations for over 31,000 Waqf properties listed on the Umeed portal have been revoked due to errors in documentation and technical discrepancies. Previously, a total of 118,302 Waqf properties had been registered, with 31,328 now having their registrations annulled.
Regarding Rahul Gandhi, Dubey mentioned that Gandhi is concerned about rising inflation, the decline in the stock market, and the struggles faced by ordinary citizens. He stated that Gandhi is sending a message to raise public awareness and prepare for upcoming challenges.
