Her outstanding performance also earned her the Player of the Series title in the T20 series against South Africa, which New Zealand won 4-1.
After receiving the Player of the Month award, Kerr expressed, “This month has been very special for the White Ferns (New Zealand women’s team). Contributing to my country’s victories is always rewarding, but the way the entire team played, their selflessness, and trust in each other was the highlight for me last month.”
Amelia’s all-round performance against Zimbabwe and South Africa has now placed her in contention for the ICC Player of the Month award for the third time. Meanwhile, Beth impressed everyone with her consistent batting against India and the West Indies. Ayabonga also made headlines by taking the most wickets in the T20 series against New Zealand and later delivered her career-best performance in her first ODI match.
