Akhilesh Yadav Calls for Legal Scrutiny of BJP and Associates Activities

Lucknow, May 23: Samajwadi Party (SP) National President Akhilesh Yadav has launched a sharp attack on the BJP and its associated allies. He stated that just as licenses for real weapons are scrutinized, there should be a legal investigation into those attacking the nation, society, and communal harmony with “invisible weapons.”

Yadav emphasized that lawyers and the public are raising questions about the construction, donations, properties, foreign tours, and alleged secret activities of BJP leaders and their associates. He expressed on the social media platform X that while licenses are issued for real weapons, there are also invisible weapons that are secretly and dangerously attacking the nation, society, and mutual love from within.

He further stated that lawyers are suggesting that the legitimacy of documents related to BJP members’ homes, shops, offices, and establishments should also be examined. Additionally, there should be a demand for an audit of the various funds collected under the guise of constructions, events, and disasters. Yadav pointed out that the public is curious about how unregistered individuals acquire land for construction and how these properties are not considered anonymous.

The SP leader also raised questions about whether the constructions involved in secret activities by BJP associates should be termed “offices” or “bases.” He asked who bears the expenses of these illegal associates and called for a thorough investigation into their financial dealings. Yadav questioned why these so-called indigenous allies travel abroad and whose puppets they are since colonial times. He also inquired about their history of espionage and why they disrupt social harmony.

Moreover, Yadav mentioned that lawyers are asking what new conspiracy these associates are plotting against the dignity of the people. Previously, he addressed the electricity crisis on social media, urging the public not to direct their anger at junior employees or line workers in the electricity department due to the BJP’s flawed policies.

He noted that thousands of contract workers in the electricity department are already under immense pressure following layoffs. The responsibility for this “great electricity disaster” lies with the BJP government, the electricity minister, BJP MPs, MLAs, mayors, councilors, and corrupt contractors who are indirectly or directly complicit in this failed administration. He urged that questions should be directed at these individuals.

Yadav also advised the public to take special care of elders, the sick, and children, and to charge their mobile phones and prepare flashlights whenever electricity is restored. He cautioned against the potential for anti-social elements to take advantage of the darkness to steal from vehicles and homes. Special attention should also be given to animals.
