Accusations Against Faisal Khan in Teachers Murder Case: Roshan Anand Speaks Out

Saharsa, June 24: Roshan Anand, director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy, has once again accused Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir, of being involved in the murder of his brother. Speaking to the media in Saharsa, Anand stated that the post-mortem report is still unclear, and the viscera report will provide further clarity.

He asserted, “People can believe what they want, but we firmly believe that Faisal Khan and RS Prasad, the owner of the farmer’s cold storage, are responsible for my brother’s murder. Their actions led to false statements in the media and a fabricated case against us, resulting in our arrest, which caused my brother immense distress. He was constantly on the run, and we were unable to secure bail, leading to significant mental strain.”

Anand believes that the incident is linked to a previous event that occurred on June 2 at 10 PM. He emphasized that the murder is connected to that event, and he holds Khan and Prasad accountable. “It may take time for the truth to emerge, but it will eventually become evident,” he added.

He criticized the administrative system, stating, “If you look at the entire administrative framework, the attitude has been biased. The incident occurred on June 2, and the FIR was filed around midnight. Within four hours, I was sent to jail for a case I deem false. In contrast, a legitimate FIR against Faisal Khan was filed on June 4, yet he was not arrested despite the administration having 48 to 72 hours to do so. When I was being arrested, the SHO of the Kamakua police station told me, ‘We will ruin you, throw you on the street, and force you to beg.’ They have largely succeeded in that.”

Anand expressed his hope for justice from the system, stating, “If the system fails to deliver justice, we trust in God. If no one else provides justice, God and nature will.” He pointed out the double standards of the administration, noting that their FIR was not registered. “Through you, we want to inform the administration that they are aware of how we have been treated. One can lie to others, but not to oneself. The police are supposed to protect, but today they play the role of predators.”

He concluded, “We hope for justice from PM Modi and CM Samrat Chaudhary. We are also ordinary citizens of India, cooperating with the government. We demand justice and a fair investigation into my brother’s murder. Whoever is guilty should face severe punishment.”
