Mumbai, March 21: Xiaomi has unveiled its first laptop in four years, the Xiaomi Book Pro 14, which is now available for purchase. The starting price is approximately $1,020.
The Book Pro starts at 8,499 yuan, but with a 500 yuan discount and national subsidies, the effective price drops to 6,799.15 yuan for the base model.
Higher-end variants are also on sale, with the Ultra 5-338H model priced at 7,819.15 yuan and the Ultra X7-358H version at 8,499.15 yuan after subsidies.

All variants come with 1TB of storage, and buyers can choose between 24GB and 32GB memory options. Xiaomi plans to introduce additional color choices, including Soft Mist Blue and Soft Light Pink, in April or May.
Xiaomi Book Pro 14 Specifications
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 features Intel’s latest “Panther Lake” architecture, built on the 18A process. Customers can select from Core Ultra 5-325, Ultra 5-338H, and Ultra X7-358H processors.
The laptop is equipped with a dual-fan cooling system and a 10,000mm² vapor chamber, capable of handling up to 50W of performance under load.
Weighing just 1.08kg and measuring 14.95mm in thickness, it boasts a magnesium-alloy chassis with a velvet-like finish. The bottom shell is constructed with a five-layer carbon-fiber structure formed through high-temperature pressing.
The display is a 14.6-inch OLED touchscreen with a 3.1K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. It also features a large pressure-sensitive touchpad and supports expandable storage via an additional M.2 2280 slot, allowing for a capacity of up to 4TB.
Port options include Thunderbolt 4 (40Gbps), full-function USB-C (10Gbps), USB-A, HDMI 2.1 TMDS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, covering most common use cases without the need for adapters.
The Xiaomi Book Pro 14 is powered by a 72Wh battery with an energy density of 800Wh/L, rated for up to 19.8 hours of usage, including 12.4 hours of video streaming and 15.8 hours of online meetings. A 100W GaN charger is included in the package.
