
Mumbai, March 21: Realme, the renowned Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is preparing to launch its latest device, the Realme 16 5G, in India. This smartphone has already made its debut in China, revealing impressive specifications that have generated excitement. Notably, the Realme 16 5G boasts a design reminiscent of the iPhone Air, featuring a large display and powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6 series chipset. The device has also been introduced in Vietnam, further expanding its reach.
According to Paras Guglani on his X profile (@passionategeekz), the Realme 16 5G is expected to launch soon in India, alongside a potential variant, the Realme 16T 5G.
The Realme 16 5G, which has already launched in China, features a 6.57-inch FHD+ flexible AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Turbo SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The smartphone includes a dual-camera setup, featuring a 50MP wide-angle sensor and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies and video calls, it offers a remarkable 50MP front-facing camera.
