Xiaomi Auto achieved a significant milestone in December 2025 by delivering more than 50,000 vehicles in a single month, marking the highest monthly delivery figure for the company since entering the electric vehicle market. Prior to this, Xiaomi Auto had maintained deliveries above 40,000 units for three consecutive months.
By the end of November 2025, Xiaomi Auto had delivered 361,625 vehicles throughout the year. With the strong December performance, total deliveries for 2025 surpassed 410,000 units, exceeding the company’s initial full-year target of 350,000 vehicles.
According to data from the China Passenger Car Association, cumulative vehicle deliveries had crossed 500,000 units by November 2025. Xiaomi Auto set a new global record among electric vehicle brands by achieving this milestone in under 20 months, the fastest time to reach half a million deliveries.
Looking ahead, Xiaomi Auto is preparing for a robust product expansion in 2026. Reports from Chinese media reveal plans to launch four new models next year, including a refreshed SU7, an SU7 Executive Edition, a five-seat range-extended SUV, and a seven-seat range-extended SUV.
The updated SU7 and the larger SUV are expected to debut in the first half of 2026, while the Executive Edition and the five-seat SUV are scheduled for release in the second half. The SUVs, particularly the larger model internally named Kunlun, have generated considerable interest after being spotted in road tests.
Industry sources suggest that Xiaomi’s upcoming large SUV may launch as the YU9. This model is anticipated to compete with vehicles like the AITO M9 and Li Auto L9 within a similar price range.
