Noida, May 6: The weather in the NCR region has recently changed. According to the India Meteorological Department, this shift will continue for the next two days, resulting in a drop in both maximum and minimum temperatures.
Forecasts indicate that from May 6 to May 7, the weather will remain relatively pleasant. However, there is a possibility of thunderstorms and strong winds in some areas. On May 6, the maximum temperature is expected to be 35 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 21 degrees Celsius. Partial cloud cover is anticipated, along with the likelihood of lightning.
On May 7, a slight increase in temperature is expected, with a maximum of 36 degrees and a minimum of 23 degrees. Strong surface winds are particularly forecasted for the daytime, while humidity levels may range between 65% and 45%. The weather on May 8 is also expected to remain normal, with mainly clear skies. The maximum temperature is projected to be 36 degrees, and the minimum will be around 23 degrees.
However, a significant change in weather is anticipated after this period. From May 9, temperatures are expected to rise rapidly. On this day, the maximum temperature could reach 38 degrees, with a minimum of 24 degrees. The weather is expected to be clear, and humidity may range from 60% to 35%. By May 10, the heat will intensify, with maximum temperatures potentially hitting 39 degrees and minimums around 26 degrees. Clear skies are also expected on this day. The heat will persist on May 11, with maximum temperatures again reaching 39 degrees and minimums around 27 degrees.
Partial cloud cover may be present on this day. The weather department warns that after May 10, temperatures in the NCR could hover between 38 to 40 degrees Celsius, leading to a return of the heat. While the next two days will offer some relief, a resurgence of high temperatures is inevitable. Residents are advised to pay special attention to their health during this transitional weather and to take necessary precautions as the heat increases.
