Mohibullah Nadvi praises Neha Bora, linking her to Indias courageous women and addressing key issues in education and health.

New Delhi, October 15 (Daily Kiran) : In New Delhi, on October 15, 2026, Samajwadi Party MP Mohibullah Nadvi commended Neha Bora for her statements, emphasizing her embodiment of Indian culture and history. He noted that India has a rich tradition of fearless women who have fought against injustice and stood up to colonial powers. Comparing Bora to iconic figures like Begum Hazrat Mahal and Rani Lakshmibai, Nadvi highlighted her representation of the courage and struggle of Indian women.
Additionally, Nadvi responded to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s remarks regarding nepotism. He raised concerns about the state of schools, medical colleges, and health facilities. Addressing the removal of Jantar Mantar from designated protest sites, he asserted that such locations serve as vital platforms for the voices of the poor and marginalized.
Nadvi stated that Neha Bora’s character reflects the essence of Indian society, culture, and history. He pointed out the significant role that brave daughters of India have played in the struggle against colonial rule. Just as Indian men have fought in battles, he emphasized that women also possess the courage to stand against injustice. He remarked that some individuals continue to follow paths laid out by the British, underscoring the need for ongoing resistance.
The Samajwadi Party MP remarked that Neha Bora has revived the historical narrative of women’s struggles in India. He sees her image, particularly in connection with Delhi and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), as reminiscent of legendary heroines like Begum Hazrat Mahal and Rani Lakshmibai.
Commenting on Chief Minister Adityanath’s nepotism statements, Nadvi expressed that family provides individuals with a deeper understanding of relationships and human emotions. He argued that those from large families have the experience to appreciate various relationships and their significance. Referencing religious texts, he noted that understanding life’s human aspects often comes through familial connections, adding that those without children may not grasp the pain of parenthood.
During the discussion, Nadvi also questioned the government’s achievements in education and health. He inquired about the number of schools closed since the BJP took power, how many new medical colleges were established, and the healthcare received by the sick.
In response to the petition filed by Swati Singh in the Supreme Court regarding the removal of Jantar Mantar from protest sites, Nadvi asserted that locations like Jantar Mantar, India Gate, and Central Delhi are essential for the voices of the disadvantaged. These venues allow individuals to present their issues and seek justice. He cited historical practices where petitioners used specific channels to ensure their grievances reached kings and rulers.
