Jaisalmer, 3 January. The excitement for the film ‘Border-2’, set to release in cinemas on 23 January, is rising on social media. On Friday, the iconic song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ from the film was launched near the Tanot Mata Temple in Jaisalmer.

During the song launch event, where BSF personnel were honoured, actor Varun Dhawan issued a strong warning to Pakistan and Bangladesh without naming them directly. He stated that a country capable of helping another gain independence can also fight for its own freedom.

Varun Dhawan appeared full of enthusiasm while launching the iconic song of ‘Border-2’. He shared that since childhood, he wanted to work in a film based on the courage of Indian soldiers defending the country.

He said, “I watched ‘Border’ as a child and for the first time felt that I want to work in a patriotic film. Standing on this platform, I see posters of Operation Sindoor everywhere. Our country is one of peace, love and harmony, but sometimes it becomes necessary for films like ‘Border-2’ to come out. It is important to remind our youth that our nation has the passion and courage to give a befitting reply whenever someone dares to threaten our motherland.”

Varun also referred to the 1971 separation of Pakistan and Bangladesh, saying, “If we could help a country gain freedom in 1971, we can definitely fight for our own freedom. This spirit and courage still exist in our army.” He urged everyone to watch the film.

Earlier, Sunny Deol was seen emotional about the film. He mentioned that he was inspired by his father Dharmendra’s film ‘Haqeeqat’ and decided to make a similar impactful film.

It is worth noting that at the start of the year, the Indian Government launched Operation Sindoor after the Pahalgam attack, delivering a strong response to Pakistan. Meanwhile, the situation in Bangladesh remains tense, with reports of atrocities against Hindus. Through his film, Varun Dhawan has sent a clear and strong message to both countries.
