New Delhi: The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has welcomed the Union Budget 2026-27 presented by Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. In a post on its official ‘X’ handle, the organisation described the budget as a progressive and comprehensive financial framework that promotes sustained growth, job creation, and ease of doing business.
USISPF praised the budget’s emphasis on technology-driven reforms, sectoral competition, and business facilitation. USISPF highlighted that their pre-budget recommendations stressed transparency, predictability, and stability principles, which are now reflected in the budget. The forum believes these reforms will make India more appealing to global investors, including American companies.
