
New Delhi, May 23: The United Doctors Front (UDF) has filed a writ petition against the Education Ministry. This petition addresses issues related to educational institutions, admissions, examinations, accreditation, affiliation, and management. The case is officially titled ‘United Doctors Front vs. Education Ministry.’
According to reports, the petition was initially filed on May 15 under diary number 30471/2026. It was formally registered on May 20, and verification was completed on May 22. The case is currently pending in court and categorized as a “Motion Hearing – Fresh for Admission – Civil Case.”
In addition to the Education Ministry, the National Testing Agency and the CBI have also been named as respondents in this case. Preliminary information suggests that the hearing may take place on May 25, although the final date will depend on court proceedings.
The UDF states that this petition has been filed in the interest of medical students, doctors, and candidates preparing for competitive examinations. The organization emphasizes the need for transparency, accountability, and fairness in matters related to medical education and examinations.
