The teaser of the film ‘The Kerala Story 2’, directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, has quickly attracted attention by portraying the story of Hindu girls being trapped in love and forcibly converted. The film’s sensitive depiction has sparked controversy since its release.
While some groups have opposed the film, several prominent saints and religious leaders across the country have expressed strong support, calling those opposing the film “great sinners.”
Jagatguru Paramhans Acharya from Ayodhya stated, “Love Jihad is at its peak, and no Hindu girl is safe. The birth of a girl means she becomes a target for jihadists. Even in Delhi, three men from a particular community committed a heinous crime against a six-year-old girl. Those opposing ‘The Kerala Story 2’ want to destroy the country. They hold vile thoughts against women. The government must enact stricter laws on love jihad immediately.”
Sitaram Das Maharaj also praised the film, saying, “‘The Kerala Story 2’ reveals the truth. I ask those opposing it, what crime is there in showing reality? Our daughters who aspire to become doctors, engineers, or judges are trapped in love schemes that ruin their lives. Opponents of this film are terrorists and traitors with no right to live in this country.”
Ravindra Puri, president of the All India Akhara Parishad from Nashik, commented, “The first film exposed the harsh truth about what jihadis do to Hindu sisters and daughters. Various forms of jihad have been spreading in the country for years. I urge all Sanatanis to protect themselves from these jihadis. They will never be ours. We should watch ‘The Kerala Story 2’ fully. The film is made to expose jihadis.”
Swami Narayan Das, head of Shri Bharat Milap Ashram in Rishikesh, appreciated the film for courageously exposing the truth and warned against forced religious conversions.

He said, “I do not watch films, but I have heard a lot about this one. Forcing someone to convert is a great sin. This film shows how jihadis prey on our daughters. Supporting such a mindset is sinful.”
