Jodhpur, September 9 (Kiran News) — Train operations on the Central Railway will be partially affected due to technical work on the Kalyan–Lonavala section, impacting four trains connected to Jodhpur.

According to Jodhpur Division DRM Anurag Tripathi, yard remodelling work at Karjat station has necessitated a non-interlocking block, leading to changes in routes and stoppages of several trains.

Train No. 20495 Jodhpur–Hadapsar Superfast Express, departing Jodhpur on October 11, will run via a diverted route — Udhna–Jalgaon–Manmad–Daund chord line.

Train No. 16588 Bikaner–Yesvantpur Express, departing September 30 from Bikaner, will be regulated by 1 hour on Central Railway.

Train No. 16587 Yesvantpur–Bikaner Express, departing October 12 from Yesvantpur, will be regulated by 2 hours 35 minutes at Lonavala station.

Train No. 11090 Pune–Bhagat Ki Kothi Weekly Express, departing October 12 from Pune, will skip halt at Karjat station due to the block.
The changes have been announced to ensure smooth execution of technical upgrades on the busy section of the Central Railway.
