New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially opened the online application process for Stenographer Grade C and Grade D Recruitment 2025, offering 261 government job vacancies under the Directorate General Border Roads. Selection Process: Two-Tier Examination

The recruitment process will be conducted in two stages:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)

    • Scheduled from August 6 to August 11, 2025

    • 200 objective-type questions covering:

      • General Intelligence & Reasoning

      • General Awareness

      • English Language

    • Negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for each incorrect answer

  2. Skill Test

    • Only candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for the skill test

    • Dates and guidelines for the skill test will be announced later

  • Application fee: ₹100 for General and OBC candidates

  • Fee exemption for SC, ST, PwBD, ex-servicemen, and female candidates
