Senior Resident Positions Available at GTBH: Apply by June 29

New Delhi, June 26: A significant opportunity has emerged for professionals in the medical field. Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital (GTBH) has officially announced the recruitment of 65 Senior Resident doctors on an ad-hoc basis across various departments.

The available positions include 11 in Medicine, 2 in Endocrinology, 10 in Radiology, 5 in General Surgery, 3 in Burns and Plastic Surgery, 4 in Neurosurgery, 3 in Pathology, 9 in Anesthesia, 7 in Pediatrics, 1 in Hematology Pediatrics (Oncology), 1 in Orthopedics, 1 in Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1 in Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism Surgery, 1 in Biochemistry, 1 in DEM Biochemistry, 3 in Accident and Emergency, and 1 in Forensic Medicine.

The online application process has commenced, with the deadline set for June 29. Interested candidates can visit the official GTBH website and click on the notification link for the respective posts. They must submit their registration form by 10:30 AM on the final date as specified in the notification.

Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree/DNB/PG diploma in the relevant field, along with an MBBS degree and a minimum of three years of experience from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria and skills.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 45 years, calculated based on the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection will be based on a walk-in interview and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹67,700, along with additional benefits and allowances.

Interviews will be conducted from June 30 to July 3 at the office of the Medical Director, Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, located at Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095, starting at 10:30 AM. Candidates are advised to report between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

During the application process, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS categories. SC/ST/PH/EWS candidates are exempt from the registration fee.

It is important to note that the appointment is for a limited duration of 44 days.
