Mumbai, August 16: The National Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has announced a recruitment notification for 94 Management Trainee positions across various disciplines. This opportunity is open to eligible candidates eager to join the workforce.
The available positions include 32 Management Trainees in Chemical, 6 in Boiler, 4 in Mechanical, 10 in Electrical, 9 in Instrumentation, 1 in Materials, 1 in Civil, 1 in Fire, 1 in CC Lab, 2 in Industrial Engineering, 5 in Information Technology, 2 in Rajbhasha, 10 in Finance, and 10 in Marketing.
The online application process commenced on August 8 at 8 AM, and candidates can submit their applications until 5 PM on August 24. Interested applicants should visit the official RCFL portal to complete their registration.
Candidates must hold a relevant degree such as BE/BTech, PhD, Master’s degree, CA/CMA, Graduation, or MBA with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution. The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 27 years, calculated as of February 1. Relaxation in age limits will be provided for candidates from reserved categories.
Selection will be based on an online examination, personal interview, document verification, and medical examination. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the designated application fee online. The fee is ₹1,000 for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates, while SC/ST/ex-servicemen/PWD/women candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
