Jodhpur, 6 December (Daily Kiran) – Due to ongoing technical work between Ajmer and Madar Junction stations under the North Western Railway’s Ajmer division, the Ranikhet Express will operate on a diversion route for one trip.

DRM Anurag Tripathi stated that an LHS work is underway at kilometer 44 on the Ajmer-Madar railway section for the construction of an RUB (Road Under Bridge), which has necessitated a block. Because of this block, the Ranikhet Express will be run on an alternate route in both directions.

On 11 December, train number 15014 Ranikhet Express departing from Kathgodam to Jaisalmer will be diverted from its usual route via Phulera-Ajmer-Marwar Junction-Jodhpur to the new route Rewari-Reengus-Phulera-Merta Road-Jodhpur. During this period, the train will halt at Ateli, Narnaul, Neemkathana, Reengus, Phulera, Kuchaman, Makrana, Degana, and Merta Road Junction stations.

Similarly, on 12 December, train number 15013 Ranikhet Express from Jaisalmer to Kathgodam will also run via the diversion route Merta Road-Phulera-Reengus-Rewari instead of its regular path through Jodhpur-Marwar Junction-Ajmer-Phulera. The train will stop at Merta Road, Degana, Makrana, Kuchaman, Phulera, Reengus, Neemkathana, Narnaul, and Ateli stations during this time.
