Pushkar Jog Discusses On-Screen Chemistry with Tania Chatterjee: I Just Want to Entertain My Audience

Mumbai, August 24: In the world of music videos, creating a hit song involves more than just a catchy tune and lyrics. The chemistry between artists plays a significant role in connecting the audience to the song. Actors Pushkar Jog and Tania Chatterjee are currently featured in the music video “Hai Re Hai,” where their on-screen chemistry is captivating viewers.

In a recent interview, Pushkar discussed the connection he shares with Tania and how it was established. When asked about the challenge of building natural chemistry with a co-actor in a short time, he replied, “Honestly, if you have a good co-actor, it doesn’t require too much effort or time. If both artists are comfortable and understand each other, the connection becomes apparent on camera. Working with Tania has been a very smooth experience for me.”

Pushkar praised the entire team behind the music video, especially director Abhijeet Daani. He stated, “He has presented the song beautifully. The director understood the energy of the song and translated it perfectly onto the screen. Additionally, the fantastic choreography made the dance enjoyable. The beats will touch your heart the moment you hear them, creating a unique connection. I found myself wanting to dance as soon as I heard the beats.”

He added, “I even start dancing while driving when I listen to this song. My career began with dance, so for me, ‘Hai Re Hai’ is not just a music video; it’s an opportunity to showcase my old dance journey to Hindi audiences. I wanted Hindi viewers to see this aspect of my dance and get to know me in a different light.”

When asked if this song allows him to step outside his established image in Marathi cinema, he responded, “I don’t view my career that way. I don’t want to be confined to a specific image. The most important thing for me is to entertain my audience, whether they are Marathi or Hindi.”

Pushkar concluded, “I just want to entertain my audience. If there’s a song or dance like this, I believe people will enjoy it. Having a co-actor like Tania makes it even more special.”
