Both the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, the same platform powering Vivo’s upcoming X300 series. Oppo is also set to release its latest software, ColorOS 16, on October 15, just ahead of the Find X9 launch. The new devices will ship with the updated OS pre-installed. The OnePlus 15 is also expected to be among the first smartphones running the same software.

Camera and Design

Tipster Digital Chat Station shared a glimpse of the Find X9 Pro’s camera module today. The design follows a rounded-square “squircle” layout, with three camera lenses and the Hasselblad logo.

  • 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor

  • 50MP Samsung JN5 ultrawide lens

  • 200MP Samsung HP5 telephoto lens

This marks a shift from the dual 50MP telephoto setup seen in the Find X8 Pro to a single high-resolution 200MP telephoto unit.

Display Innovations

Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 Pro will be the first smartphone to feature Tianma’s “1nit bright” eye-protection display, with peak brightness reaching 3,600 nits, setting a new standard for screen performance.

Benchmark Performance

The satellite communication version of the Find X9 Pro has already scored 4,045,997 points on AnTuTu, highlighting its flagship-grade performance capabilities.

With Xiaomi’s 17 series arriving on September 25 and Vivo’s X300 lineup scheduled for October 13, Oppo’s Find X9 event on October 16 rounds out a packed month of premium smartphone launches.
