Online Tracking of Complaints in Guna by Union Minister Scindia

Ashoknagar, April 4: Union Minister for Communications and Development of the Northeastern Region, Jyotiraditya Scindia, listened to public grievances during a public hearing event held in Kachnar, Ashoknagar, on Saturday. This was the second consecutive day of his visit to the Guna constituency. Out of the complaints received, 121 were resolved on the spot, while others will be tracked online.

Minister Scindia is currently on a tour of his parliamentary constituency, Guna. He spent over three hours engaging with each applicant and instructed officials to expedite the resolution process.

A total of 512 applications were received during the public hearing, with 121 cases resolved immediately. The remaining 391 applications will be addressed by the respective officials within a specified timeframe. All complaints were registered under a token system, ensuring online tracking of pending cases. This will allow each applicant to easily check the status of their issues and maintain transparency in the resolution process.

Minister Scindia emphasized that public hearings are not merely formalities but powerful tools for resolving citizen issues. He directed officials to prioritize each application and ensure resolution within the stipulated time. He reiterated that reaching out to every citizen and addressing their problems is his top priority.

In a post on the social media platform X, the minister mentioned that he listened to the concerns of the residents of Kachnar in the second phase of the public hearing initiative that began last year. He is committed to resolving every citizen’s issue through this ongoing process.

All complaints were systematically registered under the token system, with many cases resolved on-site. Online tracking of pending cases is being ensured for timely and transparent resolutions. Clear instructions have been given to the relevant officials to take swift and effective action on each case.
