Noida Police Arrests Two Wanted Criminals Under Gangster Act

Noida, May 23: The police in Noida’s Phase-1 station have made a significant move by arresting two wanted criminals, each with a bounty of ₹25,000 under the Gangster Act. The arrests occurred near the Shani Temple in Sector 14A, based on manual intelligence and confidential information.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Anas, son of Ayaz, and Aman, son of Ajay Kumar. Both have been on the run for a considerable time regarding cases under the Gangster Act, prompting police officials to announce rewards for their capture. According to police reports, Anas hails from Chirahat village in Bihar’s Araria district but was residing in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. He is reported to be 22 years old.

In contrast, the second suspect, Aman, is a 24-year-old resident of Sadar Pur Colony in Sector 45, Noida. The Phase-1 police describe both men as notorious criminals. Gang leader Anas, along with his accomplice Aman, has been involved in vehicle thefts, robberies, attempted murder, and other criminal activities. The police have registered cases against both under sections 2/3 of the Gangster Act at the Phase-1 police station. Additionally, both individuals have extensive criminal records.

Anas has faced a total of ten cases, including attempted murder, robbery, theft, assault, and violations of the Arms Act at the Phase-1 and Sector-20 police stations in Noida. Similarly, Aman has been implicated in several serious offenses.

According to police records, both criminals have been actively engaged in illegal activities, creating an atmosphere of fear in the area. Noida police have stated that their campaign against criminals will continue, intensifying efforts to locate other fugitives.

Police officials have confirmed that ongoing actions are being taken to maintain law and order and control crime in the region. Both arrested suspects are being presented in court for further legal proceedings.
