
Seattle, March 28: The Washington Huskies celebrated a commanding 7-2 victory over the Northwestern Wildcats, thanks to an impressive performance by pitcher Noah Kenney.
In a career-high outing, Kenney pitched 7 innings, allowing only one run, which came from a leadoff home run by third baseman Owen McElfatrick. He limited the Wildcats to just 3 hits and a walk while achieving a personal best of 9 strikeouts, improving his season record to 2-3. Carson Boesel took over in relief, allowing one run on 4 hits with 2 strikeouts over the final 2 innings.
