
Raipur, June 8: The National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC) has announced a significant recruitment drive for 180 apprentice positions across various trades, graduate, and technician roles. Eligible candidates are invited to apply, with selections based on walk-in interviews and document verification, scheduled to take place until June 11.
The 180 vacancies include 30 positions for Trade Apprentices in COPA (PASAA), 25 for Diesel Mechanics, 20 for Fitters, 30 for Electricians, 20 for Welders (Gas and Electric), 20 for Motor Vehicle Mechanics, and 5 for Machinists. Additionally, there are 6 Graduate Apprentice positions in Mechanical Engineering, 4 in Electrical Engineering, 4 in Mining Engineering, and 2 in Civil Engineering. For Technician Apprentices, there are 5 positions in Mechanical Engineering, 3 in Electrical Engineering, 2 in Mining Engineering, and 4 in MOM.
Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice positions must possess an ITI qualification in the relevant field. For Graduate Apprentices, a four-year engineering degree is required, while Technician Apprentices must have a three-year engineering diploma.
Selections will be conducted through walk-in interviews and document verification from June 1 to June 11, starting at 10 AM at the Training Institute, BIOM, Bacheli Complex, Bacheli. Interested candidates should arrive on time and bring original documents, including birth certificates, Aadhaar cards, qualification certificates, and caste certificates for verification.
Before attending the walk-in interview, candidates must register on the official NAPS portal for Trade Apprentice positions and on the NATs portal for Graduate and Technician Apprentice roles. Candidates are advised to reach the interview venue before 9 AM on the day of the interview to complete their registration.
