
Patna, June 16: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been awarded Slovakia’s highest civilian honor, prompting a wave of pride among NDA leaders. Union Minister Chirag Paswan expressed that this recognition is a matter of pride for all Indians. JD(U) leaders also shared their happiness regarding the honor bestowed upon PM Modi.
During a media interaction in Patna, Chirag Paswan stated that when PM Modi receives such prestigious awards from various countries, it reflects not just on him or his office but on all 1.4 billion Indians.
He emphasized that being awarded the Order of the White Double Cross (First Class) by Slovakia is a proud moment for every Indian. This honor acknowledges the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership, India’s rising global stature, and his commitment to world peace, cooperation, and human welfare. The 33rd international accolade received by the Prime Minister signifies that India’s voice is now more influential and respected on the global stage. Congratulations and best wishes were extended to the Prime Minister for this remarkable achievement.
Chirag noted that PM Modi has accelerated the country’s development, earning praise from numerous nations. He commented on the US-Iran agreement, expressing a collective desire for a swift resolution, as tensions have been escalating. Concerns regarding the Strait of Hormuz are shared not only by India but by several other countries as well.
Regarding the upcoming 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, he confirmed that LJP (R) will contest. The party is working to strengthen its organizational presence in Uttar Pradesh, with detailed plans for the elections to be shared soon.
On the Khan Sir-Roshan Anand controversy in Patna, Union Minister Chirag Paswan responded to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav’s letter for a high-level investigation, stating that an inquiry is underway. He stressed the importance of revealing the truth, as it pertains to the future of children. The government will ensure that no injustice occurs.
JD(U) MP Sanjay Jha also expressed joy over PM Modi receiving the honor from Slovakia.
