Mika revealed that he was such a huge fan of Amitabh Bachchan that he once showed up uninvited to his Diwali party. He also shared a humorous incident where he believed he was speaking directly with the iconic actor.
Born on June 10, 1977, in Durgapur, West Bengal, Mika Singh’s real name is Amrik Singh. Music has always been a part of his family, with his elder brother Daler Mehndi being one of the country’s popular singers. From a young age, Mika was drawn to music. He began learning it early and worked hard to carve out his own identity. His hit song “Sawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag” catapulted him to fame, making him a favorite among listeners.

He also recounted another amusing incident. Daler Mehndi once promised to connect him with Amitabh Bachchan. Daler called someone whose voice sounded just like Bachchan’s and handed the phone to Mika. Excited, Mika stood up in respect, believing he was truly conversing with his favorite actor. For a long time, he thought he had spoken to the legendary star.
Later, at an event, Mika finally met Amitabh Bachchan, and the truth came to light. He realized that Daler had played a prank on him.
