May 3 Panchang: Auspicious Abhijit Muhurat and Tripushkar Yoga

New Delhi, May 2: The Panchang holds significant importance in Sanatan Dharma. It consists of five elements (Tithi, Vaar, Karan, Yog, and Nakshatra) that determine the day’s start and auspicious or inauspicious times. On May 3 (Sunday), the second Tithi of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Jyeshtha will occur. This day features the Abhijit Muhurat along with the Tripushkar Yoga, which is considered highly favorable for auspicious activities.

On Sunday, sunrise will be at 5:39 AM and sunset at 6:57 PM. Chandroday will take place at 8:47 PM, while Chandraast will occur the following day, May 4, at 6:10 AM. The second Tithi of Krishna Paksha will last until 3:01 AM on May 4, after which the third Tithi will begin. The Nakshatra Vishakha will be present until 7:10 AM, followed by Anuradha Nakshatra. The Yog Variyan will last until 10:28 PM, and Karan Taitil will be effective until 1:54 PM.

Regarding the auspicious timings on Sunday, Brahma Muhurat will be from 4:13 AM to 4:56 AM, and Abhijit Muhurat will be from 11:52 AM to 12:45 PM, during which Tripushkar Yoga will also be active. Vijay Muhurat will be from 2:31 PM to 3:25 PM, and Godhuli Muhurat will be from 6:56 PM to 7:18 PM. Additionally, Amrit Kaal will last from 10:21 PM to 12:08 AM (May 4).

Moreover, Nishita Muhurat will be from 11:56 PM to 12:39 AM. The Tripushkar Yoga will be effective from 5:39 AM to 7:10 AM on May 3. Activities performed during this Yoga are believed to yield triple benefits.

On the other hand, the inauspicious Rahukal will occur from 5:18 PM to 6:57 PM. It is advisable not to start any new work during this time. Yamgand will be from 12:18 PM to 1:58 PM, Gulika Kaal from 3:38 PM to 5:18 PM, and Durmuhurt will be from 5:11 PM to 6:04 PM.
