Khurai, September 12 (Daily Kiran) : The Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly, Narendra Singh Tomar, recently addressed the opposition without naming specific individuals, suggesting that some people in India are troubled by the nation’s rising strength. He made these remarks during the unveiling of a statue of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and the inauguration of development projects costing ₹21.11 crores in Khurai, Sagar district.
Tomar emphasized that the current government is on a path aimed at strengthening India. He referenced Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s assertion that the public has not just entrusted the government with administrative duties but has tasked it with transforming the country.
Highlighting the ongoing BRICS summit in Delhi, he noted the presence of global leaders and reiterated that both domestic and foreign entities are feeling discomfort due to India’s increasing power.
During the event, Tomar also inaugurated the Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib intersection, honoring the sacrifices and dedication of the revered figure. The newly constructed municipal building in Khurai has been named after Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, where his statue has also been erected.
Recalling Modi’s vision, Tomar urged the citizens of India to realize their collective potential. He called for unity in development efforts, encouraging everyone to contribute to the journey of establishing India as a global leader.
