Kazi Syed Nisar Alis Message on Bakrid: Embrace Simplicity and Protect the Environment

Khargone, May 28: The festival of Eid-ul-Azha (Bakrid) was celebrated in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, with deep religious faith and significant social messages. Prayers were held at 44 mosques and the Eidgah across the city.

On this occasion, Kazi Syed Nisar Ali conveyed messages of environmental conservation, fuel savings, and social harmony, supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeals.

In an interview with a news agency, he noted that a large number of people attended the prayers at the Eidgah. He emphasized that important messages were shared before and after the prayers. He informed attendees about seven key appeals made by Prime Minister Modi for the nation’s benefit. Specifically, he urged people to reduce reliance on imported goods and fuel, and to avoid unnecessary expenditures.

Kazi Syed Nisar Ali stated that Islam also condemns wastefulness, advocating for simplicity in daily life. He encouraged individuals to minimize diesel and petrol consumption, utilize vehicles only as needed, and take responsibility for environmental protection.

He praised Prime Minister Modi for his focus on national interests, asserting that his positive initiatives should reach every segment of society.

Referring to Modi’s recent trip to Italy, he highlighted the Prime Minister’s act of planting a tree in honor of his mother, urging everyone to engage in tree planting as well. To promote this message, saplings were distributed to attendees at the Eidgah, encouraging them to plant them in their homes or local areas to contribute to environmental conservation.

Addressing ongoing controversies regarding animal sacrifice in the country, Kazi Syed Nisar Ali expressed concern over tensions arising from issues related to cows, which sometimes escalate to mob lynching incidents. He appealed to the community to refrain from sacrificing cattle and urged the Muslim community to request that cows be declared the national animal.

Additionally, he spoke about launching a campaign for drug-free society, emphasizing that religious and social events are being used to raise awareness and foster a healthy, positive community.
