Mumbai, August 7: Popular television actress Isha Singh is often in the spotlight, not just for her acting but also for her personal life. She is a proud owner of six cats, and she reveals that after long, exhausting shooting schedules, she finds her greatest comfort at home with her feline companions.
Isha expressed, “Nothing compares to the time I spend with my cats. They are part of my family, filling my life with love and joy.”
She shared the names of her six cats: Simba, Ginny, Gucci, Prada, Limca, and Cola.
“People often ask how I relax after continuous shooting and a busy schedule. The answer is simple. As soon as I open the door, all my cats rush to greet me. In that moment, all my fatigue and stress vanish. They ask for nothing and love me unconditionally. That brings me the most peace,” she said.
Isha also highlighted the unique traits of each of her cats. “Simba is very confident and always makes his presence felt at home. Ginny is the most affectionate and loves to sit by my side. Gucci has her own style and is quite dramatic. Prada is extremely calm. Limca is always up to new mischief, while Cola is the biggest entertainer in the house.”
Watching them play, run, and have fun together is, according to Isha, more enjoyable than any film or TV show. “Every day, their new antics spread joy in our home, making each day feel unique,” she added.
Isha believes that pets bring significant changes to human lives, a realization not everyone appreciates. “People often think that humans support animals, but in reality, pets provide emotional support to us. My cats have taught me patience, kindness in every situation, and to smile at the little joys. There are times when I return home after hours of shooting, utterly exhausted, but just a few minutes with my cats can completely change my mood. It feels like all my worries and stress disappear,” she shared.
“For me, my home and my cats are the safest places where I find mental peace. No matter how much pressure my work brings or where life takes me, these six cats will always be my greatest strength.”
