Influencer Riya Khanolkar Urges Youth to Avoid CJP Protest on October 10

Mumbai, October 6 (Daily Kiran) : Social media influencer Riya Khanolkar has voiced strong opposition to the upcoming protest organized by the Cockroach People’s Party (CJP) scheduled for October 10. Speaking from Mumbai, Khanolkar pointed out that young people had already delivered a firm message to the protesters on October 2, suggesting that another demonstration would be a significant misstep.

Khanolkar accused the CJP of using student movements as a cover to promote agendas against the Prime Minister, Hindu deities, and national interests. She emphasized that aware citizens of Mumbai, particularly from Generation Z, would never support such actions.

Reflecting on the October 2 protest, she stated, “When they came to Mumbai, they were met with a response from the people and the youth that they had no right to be here. This is a peaceful place, and it is shameful for them to disrupt it for hours.” Khanolkar warned that if the CJP persists with their plans for October 10, it would be a grave error.

She urged the youth to think critically about their involvement. Khanolkar noted that while the initial student movement had valid concerns, the introduction of divisive topics related to the Prime Minister and anti-national sentiments was inappropriate. “Generation Z supports the country; we are people who want to advance it, and we do not endorse such actions,” she asserted.

Khanolkar also cautioned against consuming news solely through social media, highlighting the tendency of young people to form opinions based on short videos. She encouraged them to conduct thorough research on the figures they follow and their political affiliations, claiming that CJP member Ashutosh Ranka has ties to a Pakistani leader.

She expressed concern that many are unaware of the various associations backing these movements, which she believes aim to destabilize the nation and manipulate the youth’s perspectives. “The opposition supports them because they see an opportunity to use the CJP and students as tools,” she stated, emphasizing that the true intentions of the protestors are now evident.

Khanolkar criticized the selective outrage displayed by the CJP, noting their initial claims of advocating for transparency while inviting controversial figures like Vishal Dadlani and Shabana Azmi, who have made anti-national comments. “This has made it clear that this is not a student movement,” she concluded.
